RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

If you received a defective product, you don’t need to return the original item, you will be given a choice to get a refund or a replacement. You must take a picture of the defective items within 2 business days after the package delivery and send an email to our support team. We will respond to your email within 1 or 2 business days, and we will resolve your issues.

Almost every product on our website is printed on demand except digital products, and Sujisfinds will not accept any product returns. In this event, the product may be kept at customer’s disposal.

If we have sent you a wrong item or a defective item by mistake, we will bear all the replacement costs or refund the money if you would like to.

We do not encourage change of mind on any product purchase from our customers including the digital products like eBooks. Almost every product in our online store is printed on demand by our vendors. Once you place an order, the order information is automatically sent to our vendors for fulfillment. We will not be able to cancel the orders once they are placed.

We offer Standard free shipping to all products. That means shipping price is also included in the product price.
