Shipping and Delivery
All items offered by us are made-to-order. Once you place an order and after your payment is confirmed, we will work with our vendor to manufacture the products for you. So, we have an estimated timelines for production and shipping for all product categories except eBooks category. eBooks will be delivered instantly using Download link option once an order is placed.
Shipping carrier: USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx
We ship our physical products to all states in the United States, US Territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands), and Canada.
Digital products could be purchased using the accepted payment methods and it could be downloaded instantly from any part of the world.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Production time: 4-6 business days
Standard shipping time: 7-9 business days (excluding production time)
Express shipping time: 2-3 business days (excluding production time)
When your order is ready for shipment, a tracking link will be sent to your email. You can follow your package all the way home.
Note: Occasionally, some items are not kept in stock at the manufacturer, which may incur a longer production time.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home!
If you do not receive either a confirmation email or a tracking link, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder for any missing order notifications.
If you attempt to track your order and there is no tracking information available for your package, that means the carrier has not processed/scanned it yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If you did not receive your package but you only received a notification from the carrier that your package has been delivered successfully, please ask your family members or neighbors to see if they have received your package in your place. Please call your local post office to inquire about the package delivery. After that, please let us know what your local post office says regarding your package.
Please contact our support team if you have orders in transit for longer than the timeframes listed below. We can take care of this for you.

Note:
- USPS orders require extra days during sorting
- There will be an Increase in overall shipping times during the holiday peak season
- Shipping delays may occur during the holiday season for the major shipping carriers.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. The returned orders will be donated to charities and will not be returned to our location. Before reaching out to us, please check your given shipping address first.
- If you contact the carrier after the order has left our manufacturer location and request them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
THE PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT CUSTOMERS HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT
The tracking system shows that the package was delivered to its destination, but the buyer claims they did not receive the package.
In such cases, we do not offer refunds or reprints for orders marked as delivered. Customers can contact their carrier (i.e., USPS/ UPS, DHL, etc.) for exact details on the delivery and file a claim with them.
