Online Behavioral Advertising

Sujisfinds.com engages in Online Behavioral Advertising (OBA) following the Digital Advertising Alliance’s guidelines. Sujis Finds uses anonymous cookies to track Information on your browsing history on Sujisfinds.com, and third-party advertising networks use the Information to serve ads to you on Sujis Finds’ behalf on other sites throughout the Internet. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable Information, nor are they linked to any Personal Information collected by Sujis Finds.

The Ten Principles of Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”)

This privacy policy complies with the ten principles of privacy set out in PIPEDA:

In this Section, we use the term ‘sell” as it is defined in the CCPA. Over the past 12 months, we have not sold any personal data to third parties. We also do not sell the personal data of minors less than 16 years of age.

  • You also have the right to request that we provide you with (a) a list of specific categories of Personal Information we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year and (b) the identity of those third parties.

How to Submit a Request

To submit an access or deletion request, please email us at support@sujisfinds.com and indicate what you wish to access and what you wish to have deleted. 

Please understand that we cannot delete personal information in those situations where our retention is required for Business Purposes, as detailed above. In these situations, we will retain your Information under our records retention program and securely delete it at the end of the retention period.

We do not offer financial incentives for collecting or selling personal Information. However, we may allow individuals to receive coupons or discounts via email. Suppose you ask us to delete your Information. In that case, we will not be able to send you additional coupons or discounts via email. However, coupons or discounts sent to you previously will continue to be honored according to their original terms. We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your rights under CCPA.

To the extent advertising technology activities (e.g., online advertising, e-commerce, and related tools) are interpreted as a “sale” under the CCPA, please visit the cookie preference centre when you first visit a Sujis Finds site to opt-out of such sales. Verifying Requests
